How do I choose my colour scheme ?
I go through my stash
and find something that "speaks" to me
Today I started with some hand dyed felt
(soft jade green and yellow)
and some beautiful thick hand dyed silk thread.
While I was working
I thought of my many friends "Down Under"
for whom spring is coming !
This is Pink Ribbon Textile Jewel number 4
A flat disc brooch
(diameter 5 cm, 2")
with a silk spiral embroidered,
and lots of tiny beads and some sequins on the edge.
This brooch would make a sweet present
for someone dear (or yourself)

VerwijderenOh, Els, du bist wieder so fleißig. Jedes Jahr sind deine Kostbarkeiten anders und jedes Jahr wieder schön.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenAm Haus sind wir noch nicht weitergekommen, zuviel ist oftmals wichtiger (Schw.eltern...) und zu allem Übel ist Kais Wagen schon eine Weile kaputt und so bin nun ich immobil, aber Besserung ist in Sicht. Bis bald, Birgit
