day 23

Today I visited a friend

I had not seen for a looong time because she wasn't well,

it was really fun to be there !

So I started stitching when I came home.

There was a hollow felted piece waiting for me

with a fabric bead in a matching colour.

Today's PINK RIBBON Textile Jewel

for day 23 :

a wet felted hollow pendant with silk and sequins inside,

on a fabric bead (and wooden beads) on an adjustable wax cord,

stitched with silk, cotton and shiny sewing thread

and lots of seed beads and pearls.

(7.5 x 5 cm)

(you can almost hear the sea ...)
