PINK RIBBON : day one

Again October

again PINK  RIBBON month.

It's now a year since I last did my PINK  RIBBON challenge : 

making and selling a textile jewel every day of October.

A year in which many women (and men !)

were diagnosed with breast cancer,

or were given treatment for that breast cancer,

or got mental support fighting it.

Finding new or better treatment methods

to fight and cure breast cancer

is the goal of the

PINK RIBBON FUND

For me it is a good 21 years ago

I was diagnosed with breast cancer

so I feel obliged to try and raise funds for

PINK  RIBBON !

so here's the Textile Jewel for day 1

A wet felted hollow brooch

in autumnal orange-red

5 cm diameter (2")

with some sparkle inside

and many seed beads on the outside

For a donation of at least

€ 10
